COVID-19 REGULATIONS
We understand that you may have concerns and we want to inform you what to expect at your appointment at our locations:
Cleaning Protocols – We will be sanitizing frequently throughout the day on high-touch surfaces using a sanitizer deemed by the EPA to be effective against coronavirus.
Preparedness – Staff are wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, when caring for patients.
Ongoing Monitoring – Our leadership team is continuously monitoring the situation and adjusting our response as necessary.
Signs and Symptoms – We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you’ve been in recent close contact with someone who is confirmed or under the suspicion of having COVID-19 or if you are experiencing fever, cough, and difficulty breathing.
Social distancing -To keep all our patients safe and healthy, we are encouraging social distancing in our waiting rooms. We’ve removed some chairs in sites to minimize overcrowding.
At this time, we are only allowing the patients to enter our office. No visitors.
Exceptions Include:
- Parent or Guardian
- Health Aides, Interpreters, help for elderly or disabled.
We kindly ask visitors to wait in vehicles as our waiting room cannot accommodate the guidelines of social distancing for all visitor and patients.
Practice hand hygiene – immediately before and after appointment wash and dry your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 30 seconds. If not available, please use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol which is conveniently located at our facilities.
